Registered Nurse Two-Year Program


The two-year Registered Nursing Program at College of the Canyons is designed to prepare the student with the knowledge required to assume the responsibilities of an entry level Registered Nurse. Upon graduation the student receives an Associate Degree in Nursing and is eligible to take the National Licensure Examination to become a Registered Nurse.

Please note that admission to the program is highly competitive due to the high number of applications received. Students are encouraged to apply to multiple registered nursing programs in order to increase chance of admission.

3.75 Average Overall College GPA
3.87 Average Core Bio GPA
87.5 Average TEAS score (first attempt)

Fall 2021 Admission Statistics

For the 40 students selected Fall 2021:
3.66 Average Overall College GPA
3.88 Average Core Bio GPA
85.6 Average TEAS score (first attempt)
