Stop Campus Hazing Act

In compliance with the Stop Campus Hazing Act (SCHA) and section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, College of the Canyons publishes a report of any student organization that has been found responsible for hazing.

The Campus Hazing Transparency Report provides the name of the organization, a summary of the violation, the dates of the incident and subsequent investigation, and the institution’s findings and imposed sanctions. Reports of alleged hazing that do not result in determination of responsibility are not included. The district will update this webpage as case outcomes are finalized.

According to the Stop Campus Hazing Act, student organizations actively under investigation with no finding of responsibility related to a hazing violation will not appear in the report.
