Program Requirements

To be part of Canyons Promise, students must complete all sign up requirements by our program deadline. Canyons Promise admits new cohorts of students every fall semester. To learn about how to sign up, deadlines and to complete all items, visit our Sign Up Requirements page.

Once students are part of Canyons Promise, there are program requirements they must meet and complete. Failure to maintain or complete any of our requirements will result in removal from the program. We always encourage students to reach out to us with any questions they may have.

This certificate is earned by completing and passing three noncredit courses which are designed to provide resources and strategies to succeed in college as a new student. Each course is one week long and is at no cost to students. Some students may have already completed one or two of the certificate courses during high school.
