This semester, NAIA – supported by the NASSSP program, is proud to partner with United American Indian Involvement, Inc (UAII), and So'oh-Shinálí Sister Project, to provide Health and Wellness focused workshops and activities. Open to all AI/NA/AN and Community Allies.
NAIA Meeting Dates and Times:
Mar. 25 - Indigenizing Wellness in the Workplace (So'oh-Shinálí Sister Project) – This training highlights four approaches to integrating Indigenous wellness in order to prevent burnout and reduce stress. Participants also engage in activities designed to build relations, promote effective practices and contribute to positive work environments. Valencia ICC, 2:00pm – 4:00pm Flex Pending
April 24 - Indigenous Leadership and Relational Wisdom (So'oh-Shinálí Sister Project) Training centers Indigenous core values of relationships, respect, reciprocity and responsibility as central to our understanding and practice of leadership. Valencia ICC, 2:00pm – 4:00pm Flex Pending
