Peer Leaders

Our Peer Leaders are a highly motivated, well-spoken, positive, and friendly group of students who provide outreach for Student Services. Peer Leaders are responsible for answering questions about COC, helping students navigate a path to their educational goals and promoting the colleges programs and services to ensure student success.

Working from the Welcome Center in Canyons Hall, the Outreach office and the Welcome Desk in the Student Center, the program provides students instruction on how to navigate the college website, understand policies and procedures, and connect to campus resources. Students can easily walk up and ask us any questions whenever they might need assistance. Peer Leaders receive monthly in-depth and ongoing training to remain current.
