|Course:||Digital Illustration for Architects & Interior Designers|
My name is Alex Dorfman. I am a graduate of Cleveland Institute of Art, and I have been a design professional for over 30 years. I also teach design-related courses at UCLA Extension.
The goal of this course is to provide you with the working knowledge of one of the most popular 3-D modeling programs, Sketch Up. Through in-class and at-home studies and exercises, you will acquire the skills necessary to use this software efficiently.
What to Expect in this Course
What to expect in this class:
- You need to SHOW UP for each class, ON TIME, and participate in in-class exercises and discussions.
- You need to do HOMEWORK and exercises assigned each week.
- You need to exercise good TIME MANAGEMENT, as there will be a lot of work, and it will take time to do your assignments and projects, so you need to keep up with the work as it goes along, not leave everything until the end.
Types of Assessments
You will be assigned weekly homework, Midterm and Final projects.
