My Name is John Wissmath and this is my 14th year teaching here at COC, I also coach with women's softball team.
Have fun with the workouts and be sure to go at your own pace but still challenge yourself as the weeks move on.
Introduces beginning physical fitness principles applications to develop and encourage positive habits in a personalized exercise program.
What to Expect in this Course
- Develop the 5 health related components of physical fitness (cardio respiratory endurance, muscle strong, muscle endurance, flexibility, and improved body composition).
- Experience the benefits of the exercise in helping to reduce stress
- Gain knowledge to be able to formulate a quality exercise prescription on their own.
Types of Assessments
You will have short discussion boards and 2 posts commenting on other students workouts.
