Hello! My name is Leora Gabay and I teach KPEA 107 at College of the Canyons. I am excited to be teaching this course again. The course is designed to introduce stretching exercises that enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation; styles may include yoga, Pilates and others.
