Introduction
This Math140 course is introductory statistics. Math90(Support for Intro Statistics) is a co-requsite class. We will use mainly StatKey Statistics software. The e-textbook will have StatCato printouts. For e-textbook and materials, go to this website: http://www.matt-teachout.org/statistics.html
Course Description
Course Description: Examines statistical methods including exploratory data analysis, sampling, estimation, hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, probability, and computer-based statistical software.
What to Expect in this Course
This course needs your critical thinking skills. This course will be conducted by onlineLive (zoom synchronous) method. You need a computer(laptop) with a camera. You need a Canvas account to access, and we will communicate with Canvas Inbox texting and Announcements. We have 4 exams and one Final exam. You need to submit a project, journals, and homework. The syllabus has details about them.

We have homework assignments for every section. We have 4 exams and one Final exam. You need to submit a project and journals(summary or notes on every lecture days).
