This course examines legal ethics and rules that pertain to the legal profession. We will cover a range of topics and issues such as the unauthorized practice of law, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, competency and solicitation.

What to Expect in this Course

Due to the extensive list of topics covered in this course, you are reminded of the time commitment. In addition to the time spent in the “virtual” classroom or via ConferZoom, you should be prepared to commit yourself to a minimum of 3-4 hours of out-of-class preparation for every hour spent in the virtual classroom or in the ConferZoom meetings.
