🚨Transfer Applicant To Do's:

✅ Campus Portals

Colleges and universities you applied to will email you instructions to create your applicant portal login. These portals are where you’ll find admission decisions and important updates, so be sure to check them regularly.

✅ Transcripts

If a campus requests official transcripts, you can order them through the College of the Canyons Admissions & Records Office.

COC transcripts only include coursework completed at College of the Canyons
Transcripts from other colleges must be requested directly from those institutions
AP/IB scores must be sent from the College Board or appropriate testing agency

Note: Most universities review your self-reported information first and will only request transcripts after admission. Do not send transcripts unless a campus specifically asks for them.

✅ Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) Verification

If you indicated on your CSU application that you are earning an ADT, College of the Canyons will verify your degree with the California State University system.

You must apply for the degree for verification to occur
The priority deadline for ADT verification has passed, but you should connect with a counselor for guidance if you missed the deadline.

Missed the December 1 CSU application deadline for Fall 2026? You may still have options! Several California State University campuses continue to accept applications on a rolling or extended basis:

Extended CSU Deadlines:

Channel Islands — June 3, 2026
Chico — June 1, 2026
San Francisco — June 1, 2026
Sonoma — June 12, 2026
Stanislaus — July 31, 2026

Note: Keep in mind that some high-demand majors like Nursing, may already be closed, even if the campus is still accepting applications. Be sure to review each campus’s current availability and deadlines through the official CSU application website.
