Online payments - You may pay online with a credit card by logging into My Canyons and going to My Billing - Student Finance. You will be able to see your account summary and select Make A Payment.  We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Click here to pay online with a credit card. Online payments are processed through TouchNet. Due to credit card protection, no credit card information is stored or processed by the College. All completed online payments will receive a confirmation. Total payments will also be displayed on your Billing/Registration Statement available on your MY CANYONS account.

Pay in Person - You may pay in person at the cashier window. We are located on the Valencia Campus in Canyons Hall, first floor lobby room 101 and on the Canyon Country Campus in Student Services & Learning Resource Center, second floor room 202. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, check or cash. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone.

Payment Drop Slot – A secured payment drop slot is available for cash or check payments in the Valencia Campus Student Business Office. Please place your payment in a supplied envelope and include your name and student id. All payments will be processed the following business morning.

Mail A Payment - You can mail us your payments (checks, cashier checks, or money orders). Please include student id and name. Do not mail cash. Checks should be made payable to College of the Canyons and mailed to College of the Canyons, Student Business Office, 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. 

International Money Wires -College of the Canyons has partnered with Flywire to accept payments from international students. Easily and securely make payments from any country, choosing from a variety of local payment methods. You are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency. You will be able to track where your payment is in the transfer process, and you will be notified via text/email from Flywire when it is received by the College.

Financial Aid Payment -Students who have been awarded financial aid no longer need to establish a formal payment plan or pay upfront to avoid being dropped for non-payment. Once you have been packaged for financial aid (loans or grants), your anticipated aid will be noted on your account.  When your aid is awarded, it will be applied to your College of the Canyons account and will pay for any balance due. Amounts awarded in in excess of a balance due will be automatically refunded on the financial aid disbursement date. How you receive your refund will depend on how you set up your award distribution.

Students must apply for financial aid prior to registering for a new semester. Students must have received an award letter or a California College Promise Grant, formerly known as the Board of Governors Enrollment Fee Waiver (BOGW), at least 24 hours prior to accessing registration. CCPG students obtain a parking fee waiver that covers the cost of parking; CCPG B, CCPG C & CCPG D students may purchase one parking pass at a discounted rate. Depending on your award, you may be required to pay certain fees not covered by your financial aid award (i.e. student center fees, student representation fee, etc.). You are responsible to pay any fees not covered by your award at the time of registration.
