CECE Mission
CECE is committed to providing quality care and education for infants, toddlers and preschool children; modeling an exemplary developmentally appropriate and culturally sensitive learning/lab environment for families and Early Childhood Education students.
Is the ECE Center right for you?
We provide a model environment for children to acquire knowledge about the physical and social world in which they live through intentional and meaningful engagement. Our classrooms serve as a laboratory for students to observe modeling exemplary teaching practices.
Learning Experiences
Young children learn by being actively engaged not only with the materials, but with the environment, with children, and with adults. The curriculum is both planned and emergent to best meet the needs and interests of the children, individually and the group as a whole.
