Support the Library

Established in 1993, the Library Associates supports books, reading, and high-quality library services at the College of the Canyons Library. The group plans high-caliber events, relevant field trips, and other fund-raising activities that help to enrich the programs and services of the Library. The Library provides all types of instructional materials for use by our students, college staff, and community. While providing valuable support to the Library, members of the Library Associates also receive valuable benefits including a tax deduction for all gifts.The Library Associates program will resume in 2015.Individual Membership: $40 Library privileges, invitations to special events, donor recognition, invitation to participate in California Legends trips.Family Membership: $75 All privileges of Individual Membership for a family of four.Patron Membership: $125 All privileges of Family Membership, plus two tickets to the Performing Arts Center Best of COC Performance Series and an invitation for two to the Scholarly Presentation and Reception.Benefactor Membership: $175 All privileges of Family Membership, plus four tickets to the Performing Arts Center Best of COC Performance Series and an invitation for four to the Scholarly Presentation and Reception.Premier Membership: $250 All privileges of Benefactor Membership, plus recognition on the Honor Roll Plaque located in the Library.Lifetime Membership: $1,000 All privileges of Premier Membership for a lifetime, plus recognition on the Lifetime Membership Scroll prominently displayed. In addition, this group works to secure the future needs of the Library through support of the Library Endowment Fund. Personalized granite tiles are mounted on the exterior wall at the entrance of the Library. Tiles are available for a $500 donation and will be matched 100 percent by the Library Associates up to $10,000 per year.Note: These membership opportunities are annual.
