Introduction

Inage if professor

Hello. I'm Jeannie Chari. My passions are biodiversity and the environment and that is why I teach this course. I love it.

We will explore many topics in this course and you will have an opportunity to choose topics that you are interested in focusing on. The course is very interactive and your participation is encouraged and valuable. It is important to set aside time in your schedule to attend all of our class sessions in a timely manner. My recommendation is to also set aside an additional 3 hours for studying/working on assignments independently. This totals about 6 hours per week minimum. This and keeping up with the material and the assignments will keep you on a path to success. I also hold multiple office hours and I encourage all students to attend.

The pathway to success in this course involves consistent effort and commitment. Effort=Success.

I will be sending an email to all students with course specifics 1 week prior to the beginning of class. However, please feel free to email me with any questions.

I look forward to exploring Environmental Biology with you!
