Welcome to Legal Ethics #107 which is a step in the Pathway to Law School! This course provides students with the practical knowledge of the law, of professional responsibility, and how that law is applied to lawyers and paralegals.

Course Description

 In addition to the general ethical concepts presented in the course, students will research individual state professional responsibility rules. Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to recognize an ethical issue, categorize it, and research the possible solutions to the issue.

What to Expect in this Course

This is an OnlineLIVE course. Mandatory attendance for live zoom classes. It is strongly suggested you download the Canvas App to receive alerts for changes to course information. In this class, the general calendar of the readings and assignments can be found in the syllabus, however, the specific instructions will appear on Canvas and assignments will be turned in via Canvas. 

An online course requires a significant familiarity with digital resources and self-discipline. Please be prepared to seek assistance through the many services offered at College of the Canyons.

This course will be accessible on the first day of the semester (possibly one day prior).
