Application Status

The application system will show your application status. Any additional documents to be submitted prior to the Review Date or for ongoing Adjunct Instructor applications must be emailed to or faxed to 661-362-5570.

When should you hear back?

For positions with a review date, we will notify you either way within approximately four to five weeks from the review date.

For adjunct instructor eligibility pool applications, when there is a need by the department, your application will be reviewed for minimum qualifications.  Applications meeting the minimum requirements remain active for up to two years.  You may be invited to interview for a current opening or to be added to our eligibility pool.  If added to the eligibility pool after an interview, you will be notified by email and your application will remain active for another three years.
