How to change your OTP delivery method when logging in

1. When you are prompted to enter an OTP, click the “One Time Passcode(OTP) Options” link
   
2. The following screen will present all of the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) options that you had previously configured.  Click the “Send OTP…” link under the option that you would like the OTP sent to
   
   NOTE: in this case, I can have the OTP sent to an email by clicking the “Send OTP in email” link
