AAC MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Academic Accommodations Center is to provide surroundings that recognize the worth, value, and potential of students with disabilities in an intellectually stimulating environment, which encourages students to become functioning, productive, and contributing members of society.

AAC PHILOSOPHY

The Academic Accommodations Center (AAC) works to encourage an environment so students may realize their life's potential. In good faith, AAC will make efforts to foster the students physical and mental well-being. The AAC department at College of the Canyons believes in maintaining academic integrity and encourages realistic choices for academic and vocational goals. The faculty and staff at COC work to ensure the AAC philosophy is implemented for the benefit of the students.
