Early College Programs
Early College Programs provide eligible junior high and high school students the opportunity to enroll in noncredit and/or credit college courses.
The Dual Enrollment Program provides junior high students in grades 7th and 8th and high school students in grades 9th - 12th the opportunity to enroll in College of the Canyons courses taught during the regular school day by college faculty at participating junior high and high schools. |
The Concurrent Enrollment Program provides high school students in grades 11th and 12th the opportunity to enroll in College of the Canyons courses taught outside of the regular school day by college faculty during fall/spring semesters and/or winter/summer terms. |
This unique pathway allows adult learners to earn high school credits or complete their GED while simultaneously taking college-level courses. Whether you're looking to finish your high school journey, explore new career fields, or get a head start on a degree, our program offers the tools, resources, and personalized guidance to help you succeed.

An articulated high school course is one in which determination has been made between College and High School faculty that a course offered at the High School level is comparable to a specific community college course. College of the Canyons and the William S. Hart Union High School District have a number of articulated courses.
