CARECEN screens for the common and uncommon forms of immigration relief including:
- DACA renewal
- Permanent Residency Consultation
- Citizenship Application
- Asylum
- Humanitarian Visas
- Special Immigration Juvenile Status
Due to COVID-19, the attorney is available to meet with students online through Zoom. Legal services may resume in-person in the future.
Consultations are confidential. A screening should be done once a year because laws, policies, and personal circumstances change all the time. Screenings can result in identifying a path to legal status.
