Immigrant Legal Defense screens for the common and uncommon forms of immigration relief including:

- Permanent Residency Consultation
- Citizenship Application
- Asylum
- Humanitarian Visas
- Special Immigration Juvenile Status
Consultations are confidential and virtual. A screening should be done once a year because laws, policies, and personal circumstances change all the time. Screenings can result in identifying a path to legal status.
