Veterans Upward Bound
The Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) program is a pre-college program which assists veterans and military service members with enrolling in school, which can be any college or training program, not just COC. We are able to link eligible adult veteran learners to resources that lead to higher education enrollment and continuous quality of life.

- A citizen of the United States
- Served on active duty for a period of more than 180 days and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable
- Served on active duty and was discharged or released because of a service connected disability
- Was a member of a reserve component of the Armed Forces and was called to active duty for a period of more than 30 days; or,
- Was a member of a reserve component of the Armed Forces who served on active duty in support of a contingency operation (as that term is defined in section 101 (a) (13) of title 10, United States Code) on or after September 11, 2001
- Potential first-generation college student
- Low-Income individual
- Has a need for academic support in order to successfully pursue a program in higher education
