The Santa Clarita Community College District ("District") intends to sell certain surplus property to the highest responsible bidder. All surplus property is sold in "as-is" condition without any warranty, expressed or implied, or any representations as to condition, value, content, intended purpose, or suitability for use.

Surplus property buyers shall:

• Be solely responsible for inspecting all surplus property being purchased to ensure suitability, safety, or purpose for intended use.
• Assume the liability for pickup and transportation of surplus property.
• Agree to absolve District from any and all liability relating to the removal and/or use of the surplus property.
• Sign the District's Bill of Sale.
