Timeline

Please contact a member of the Civic Center staff as soon as your group has determined a preliminary date for your event.  Always be prepared to have alternate dates available should your primary date be unavailable.  All requests for the use of facilities are to be submitted to the Civic Center not less than thirty (30) working days prior to the date of the activity.  Permission to use facilities will be granted only for the current semester unless and until the needs for instructional purposes for the following semester have been previously determined.
