Guest Student Information

If COC is your degree granting institute, please complete the following steps:

1. Make contact with VRC and register for course at other school
2. Submit Parent School Letter Request form (Email adam.wyland@canyons.edu)
3. Schedule appointment with VRC Academic Counseling to update Student Education Plan with Guest School

If another school is the degree granting institute and you are simply taking a course to satisfy requirements from another school at COC, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete COC application for Term if applicable
2. Create Canyons ID if applicable
3. Submit DD214 Member 4 and Certificate of Eligibility for VA Education Benefits
4. Schedule Appointment for VA Education Benefits Orientation
5. Register for Courses on MyCanyons Student Portal
6. Request Parent School Letter from parent school
7. Submit VP20 (Request for Certification) - Certification is NOT automatic
