Introduction

Hi, my name is Julio Herrera and I will be teaching this section of Calculus I. Calculus is one of the coolest subjects in mathematics because the subject lends itself to showing students how mathematics is truly used in a variety of fields. In this class you will develop an intuition of how Calculus is used across multiple fiends such as economics, biology, engineering, social sciences, physics, and the like.

You will need the previous tools to watch the online lecture videos for each section covered in the class. You will also need these tools to communicate with me during office hours.
