About Us
The Facilities Planning & Services Department at College of the Canyons oversees the physical operation, maintenance and planning of the campus.  As such, this department oversees several key functions including Maintenance, Groundskeeping, Warehouse, Locksmithing, Telecommunications and Civic Center, the latter being management of public use of the campus.  The department also plays a key role in planning and overseeing the college's construction, expansion and improvement projects.

On-campus emergencies
For campus emergencies such as flooding, electrical outages or immediate safety issues, call Ext. 3227 or (661) 362-3227; if no answer, dial 0 from any on-campus phone to be directed to the campus' Communications Center.

How to submit a work order
If you are a district employee and need to submit a request for maintenance, custodial, telephone, or facility improvement services please submit your request through our work order system at
