Projects

Some of our current and recent construction projects include:

Student Services & Administration Building (Canyons Hall) 
Completed 2014, Canyons Hall houses Admissions & Records, Counseling, Financial Aid, the Public Information Office, Instruction Office and the Chancellor's Office.

Mentry Hall Expansion 
A 30,000-square-foot expansion of Mentry Hall was completed in 2010.

Dr. Dianne G. Van Hook University Center
The 110,000-square-foot center opened in late 2009 and was dedicated Jan. 30, 2010. The center houses multiple advanced-degree programs from public and private universities, allowing students to attain bachelor's and master's degrees without leaving the Santa Clarita Valley.

Canyon Country Campus
The 70-acre campus in Canyon Country opened in 2007. The first permanent building, the Applied Technology Education Center, opened in 2011.

Aliso Hall & Lab
Two new science buildings providing 32,000 square feet of classrooms, labs and lecture halls opened in 2007.

Hasley Hall
The 58,348-square-foot High-Tech Classroom Building opened in 2007.

Pico Canyon Hall
The 19,762-square-foot Music/Dance Building opened in 2005.

Performing Arts Center
The Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons opened in 2004. The center includes two performance areas: the Main Stage, which can accommodate upwards of 900 people, and the Black Box Theater, a smaller, more intimate venue that can be configured in various ways and accommodate approximately 100 guests.
