Fires, broken glass, unknown fumes or odors, trip hazards, etc.  please call Ext. 3227; if there is no answer, dial 0 for the Communications Center.

Energy Management/HVAC
Adjustments for heating, air conditioning or ventilation, please call our hotline at Ext. 5555.

Custodial Services
Cleaning of campus interior spaces (restrooms, offices, classrooms, etc).

Building Maintenance
Electrical/lighting, elevators, graffiti removal, plumbing, pest control, roof leaks, painting the installation of signs, equipment repairs/installation, miscellaneous office and classroom items, etc.

Grounds
Care and maintenance of campus grounds; gardens, field maintenance, irrigation, and parking lots.

Civic Center
College events that require room and/or facility reservations, setup of chairs, tables, signs, etc. Please fill out the employee facility request form.

Warehouse
Shipping, receiving and package distribution, as well as equipment and furniture storage.

Locksmith
Door, door hardware, and lock repairs, key issuance.  To request keys for doors, desks, and cabinets please complete a Keq (Access) Request form.

Telecommunications and Data
Moves, adds and changes to the telephone, voicemail and data communication systems.
