Connect to Inspire Scholars/NextUp Counseling Services
Inspire Scholars/NextUp counseling appointments are available in-person and online via video conferencing. Students currently enrolled at College of the Canyons may schedule a Counseling appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Note that you must have a College of the Canyons student ID number to schedule an Inspire Scholars counseling appointment. Current Inspire Scholars/NextUp students can email their Inspire Scholars/NextUp counselor to schedule a counseling appointment.
Prospective Students
Connect to Inspire Scholars
If you are a prospective student who wants to apply to the Inspire Scholars Program, please visit our Eligibility/Services page to review your eligibility, and then visit our Application page to complete the steps to become a Inspire Scholars student. Once you have submitted your Inspire Scholars application, you will be contacted for a Inspire Scholars Counseling appointment. You must have completed an application to College of the Canyons and have a student number before your Inspire Scholars counseling appointment can be scheduled.
No Show Policy
If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your Inspire Scholars/NextUp Counseling appointment in one of the followings ways:
- By emailing the counselor with whom your appointment is scheduled.
- Cancel when given the option via our automated reminder system.
- Calling the Inspire Scholars/NextUp Office at 661-362-3676.
Please note that students who show up or login 10 minutes late to their video conferencing appointment will be required to reschedule their appointment for another date.
