How long does the program take to complete?
The culinary arts program takes three semesters* to complete. The baking & pastry arts program takes two semesters* to complete. While the wine studies program takes three semesters* to complete.

Students come in energized, willing to learn, passionate about food. So what we do is train them to be professionals, to be successful in the workplace.
Here at Institute for Culinary Education (iCUE), we offer an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and 3 Certificates: a Baking & Pastry Certificate, a Culinary Arts Certificate, and a Wine Studies Certificate.
