Heather Stewart

COC Foundation Board, Volunteer Ambassador for Girls on the Run Los Angeles

Heather Stewart is the Manager of Talent Development at Universal Studios Hollywood.  Heather’s community involvement started when she was was an active member of JCI Santa Clarita from 2008 through 2014.  She served on the Board from 2010 to 2012 and received the honor of Jaycee of the Year three years in a row.  In 2011, she joined the board of the Brenda Mehling Cancer Fund where she worked with the team to find innovative ways to raise money to support young adults fighting cancer. This same year, she was honored as one of Santa Clarita’s 40 Under Forty.  In 2016, she created the Santa Clarita Marathon Ambassador program to support our hometown marathon.  After “aging out” of the Jaycees, she continued to support committees for local events such as Single Mother’s Outreach Empowering Hearts and the WiSH Education Foundation’s Cocktails On the Roof, which she chaired in 2019.  Currently she serves on the Board of Directors of the College of the Canyons Foundation and is and Ambassador for Girls on the Run Los Angeles.  For fun, Heather loves improv and sketch comedy and in early 2020, Heather graduated from the Second City Conservatory with her sketch and improv team, Jane Fonda’s Cellmates.  Professionally her mission is to help people reach their goals, personally it is to bring them joy!
