Di Thompson is an independent Realtor, with eXp Realty.  Di Thompson, is based in the Santa Clarita Valley specializing in residential realty services and serving all the areas within the Santa Clarita community, Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley, and Los Angeles.  Di is a licensed realtor and has been a professional in the real estate industry for over 20 years, with experience spanning residential sales/buyer transactions, new development/construction and investment properties.  Whether it is helping first-time buyers navigate through the home buying process, searching for that perfect investment property, new construction, or helping a home owner sell their properties and relocate, Di has the requisite experience and knowledge of the marketplace to meet her clients' objectives.  Di started her real estate journey in the commercial real estate space, working with Grubb & Ellis and CBRE, having closed deals with companies such as Panda Express, Verizon and Staples.  Di is passionate about utilizing her knowledge and diversity of  perspective from public relations, land development, property management and new construction to help serve the needs of families and corporations looking to relocate into the Santa Clarita community. Di attended California State University Dominguez Hills and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Studies.  Di is a longtime resident of Santa Clarita, having lived in the area for 20 years, is married and raised two daughters here.
