Classified Staffing Committee

Description:
A cross-functional team of representatives from the various employee groups on campus, but predominantly made up of classified members. The classified staffing committee meets each spring to review recommendations for classified positions to be hired in the coming year's budget. Executive cabinet members make presentations to the committee about their position requests. This committee makes recommendations to the Chancellor about needed classified positions. Meets in Spring, usually several meetings based on participant availability.
