  • Course Description: Introduces the history and government of the United States, including an overview of the branches of government, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights necessary to pass the U.S. Citizenship Examination. 

    • NC.CITZ01 – Citizenship for Naturalization: Introduces the history and government of the United States, including an overview of the branches of government, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights necessary to pass the U.S. Citizenship Examination. This course may be offered open entry/open exit.

       

    • “This class conforms to the December 1, 2020, revision of the civics portion of the USCIS naturalization test. All applicants for naturalization with a filing date on or after December 1, 2020, will be required to take the 2020 version of the civics test.”
