Kevin D. Holmes, CPA, is a partner atMartini Iosue & Akpovi Kevin specializes in audit, business advisory and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 consulting. Kevin has a broad range of experience serving public and private companies in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, and service industries. He has worked with established and growing companies throughout Southern California, and his core expertise is in serving middle-market businesses.
Kevin began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1994,joined J.H. Cohn in 2002 and most recentlyMartini Iosue & Akpovi. He has developed expertise in financial accounting, corporate acquisitions and divestitures, initial public offerings, and private equity and debt financing transactions, and internal control optimization. Kevin has a proven record of providing outstanding client service. He is a graduate of College of the Canyons, and California State University, Northridge, where he earned a bachelors degree in business administration, with a specialty in accounting theory and practice. Kevin is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as Chairman of the College of the Canyons Foundation Board of Directors, currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, and is President of the Michael Hoefflin Foundation for Childrens Cancer. Kevin and his wife Diane have two children and are active in the community serving a variety of civic and educational organizations.
